I dont know the specifics but dialysis isn't working. He says he's ready to die and thinks it's coming tonight or tomorrow.

This sucks. I've had people die before but most have had severe dementia. Think he's the first I've talked with who's been really conscious of what's going on which is probably better overall but I've gotten to know him a bit better so it still sucks.
