Finding those people is getting harder and harder plus if you do it over ebay there's always the risk you get scammed out of your money. Like I saw one auction on ebay the other day where the seller included a 128 GB SD card, and it only had 7 bids in 10 days and sold for $317 USD + $25 shipping (the seller set the original bid at $250).
