Let's say something terrible happens. Like someone shoots and kills a child because the child was wearing the "wrong" football jersey. Something that's indefensible to all decent people. What's the pointing in @ ing the same handful of users who have defending stuff like that in every other instance? Do you not already know what their opinion is going to be? Do you think they're going to have a sudden and inexplicable change of heart? Or do you think it's going to be... entertaining? Like you get really pissed off talking to these individuals but you keep trying to drag them in a conversation?: Maybe I'm just not "with it", but it always seemed pointless to me. Some people tag the shitposters because they wanna see the shitposter... Shitpost. Or in some cases, hope the shitposter says what they're likely to, and get warned or suspended.
