Bad idea unless your certain she's into you. If she says yes that's automatic relationship status. If she would've said yes another day but says no because of the holiday you blew your chance

Bad idea. Most places will be crowded and expensive. It'll be a bad time.

A totally bad idea. Not only places will be flocked but you wont really get a change to know her properly that day.

Anyday except Feb 14.

The first half of February and most of December are terrible times to go looking for a dating relationship.
Too many vultures circling for free gifts and food. And when they got their fill, they fly off...

Don't be a sucker for commercialism and social pressure.
If you're dying to ask someone out, it doesn't have to be around a national holiday.

Shoot your shot bro. I'd say don't go overboard with the "Valentine's" stuff, but she might be into it. Generally though you don't want to lean too into it because that will seem like way too much for a first date.

I don't really consider Valentine's day to be a national holiday. No one is getting a day off from work without using their own pto on Valentine's day.

Yeah, it doesn't have to be...
How much money they have has little impact on their typical expectations.

It's their value of ethics (or lack thereof) you need to be paying attention to.
Not their yearly income.

Some women are looking for love.
While some others just want a free ride they can brag to their friends about later.
You figure these things out as you get older.

Me ideaio was to do dinner then go to amusement place. I think she likes me. She is either just super outgoing to guys she doesn't know that well or likes me.

if y'all've been talking and this is a first date, I think it's silly to intentionally delay the date so it's not on Valentine's day. Nothing is a bigger downer than "hey babe, how about the day after valentine's for my attempt to be romantic?"

I mean, it's a friday night. If schedules align, go for it. If it's "just a date" then make sure y'all are on the same page.
