are there any big paper newspaper places who haven't seen a large drop in readers

I work at one in the circulation dept, our readership is declining. A combination of poor (imo) business decisions and sooner deadlines. I've been here about 4 years now and we had 10k+ home delivery, now we're at about 7k. They're pushing really really hard into the online market but...eh, I dunno. On one hand, I get it, you have to get the next generation and online is how you're gonna get them, but on the other hand, doing so alienates a vast majority of your current readers, old people, who get nervous breakdowns when you say the word "email." The outlook is indeed pretty bleak imo.
