MichelBollinger 02/03/20 4:36:01 AM #1:	Have a video card that I pulled out of a PC my roomate was literally gonna throw away because the motherboard busted (guy throws away expensive shit all the time). It's definitely a better video card than what I have now. When I install it, however, there here are stagnant white specks splattered across the screen like paint. They aren't flickering or anything, just sitting there. When I go back to the old video card, no problems. Any ideas? The two cards in questions.
