I have learned nothing. I of course appealed it, and the mods of course said nothing at all in response.

My moderation history had been almost entirely cleared out from the passage of time. Even past Warnings were gone. All that remained were moderations that I had tried to appeal! Even though they were older than the ones that had already disappeared.

So essentially, this new style of moderating says three things.

1. If we say something is wrong, it is wrong regardless of the lack of any TOS violations. When all else fails, claim Trolling and try to spin it into that category.

2. We want to create the idea that this is a fair system and that the users have a say in it, but in reality we will never even give any sort of reasoning to back up our actions. We are judge, jury, and executioner.

3. If you dare to try and say we were wrong, we WILL hold it against you and keep it in mind for any future offenses. Best to get in line and accept what we have laid down.

I find that this system makes a mockery of our legal system by pretending that there is an appeal process. Due to the lack of any showing on the side of the moderators, their decision must be reversed.
