Garofalo isn't anywhere near the actress Helena Bonham Carter is.
Also, she is horrendously disingenuous-- 'Norton cost me the role, but I don't hold a grudge about it, even though I'm complaining about it more than 20 years later.' Don't be such a liar. And, with how much of a known perfectionist Fincher is, I'm more likely to believe Norton, who said that the Director was in charge of who was cast. ... Copied to Clipboard!
