Maybe those sections are scripted but it baffles me when owner(s) act like Gordon Ramsey randomly walked in off the street and then proceeded to yell at them. If my business was tanking I would gladly let Robert Irvine, John Taffer or Gordon Ramsey yell at me for a week and tell me what I'm doing wrong.
