It happened at 14th street station at 4am on January 11 as the 23 was unconscious on the tracks for 20 minutes before her life was saved by her bright pink top She avoided being struck again by a SECOND oncoming train when the train driver caught sight of her bright clothing and immediately slammed on the brakes as the second train would have killed her.. She suffered multiple head wounds, a C2 vertebral fracture, a sheared vertebral atery, a skull depression and cuts and wounds as well as both her lower legs amputated Despite all this she doesn't show any evidence of any brain damage and is off life support Her mother, pat is at her bedside in New York who said it's a difficult moment for her daughter right now and are at the best possible medical home as they put their heads together on what to do from here Police said it was a miracle she survived as they asked for prayers on her recovery.
