When I was in EMT training, my instructor told us that women would call 911 panicking like they were in labor and then when the ambulance arrived, they would be waiting calmly at the sidewalk with a suitcase like they were on their way to a vacation.

My eyes and ears could be bleeding and my guts could be hanging out, no way would I want that ambulance bill. I rather be tied to the bed of a truck to get to the hospital.
