This My mom is a teacher, and I remember her working 2-3 extra hours 3-4 times a week if not every day. They are underpaid and only idiots would argue otherwise. Also they don't have all of summer off, they have to go back early before all breaks to prepare and do workshops , plus after school activities on weekends and weekdays regularly. Also they don't get suitable funding for supplies so they end up having to spend around 100 or so bucks a year in just getting materials. The reason why our education system is so shitty is because the teachers who care are burnt out and underpaid, while the ones who just coast and let their aids do all the work or duck out of meetings and such because they kiss ass behind the scenes. However, think about the worst person you've ever encountered at your job.
