Chance are if they have cosmetic surgery for vanity reasons they never will be happy with themselves. Also some folk think big everything is attractive so go down this road. I understand why some folk do it but I'd prefer natural. I don't like big anything when it comes to physical features. They are basically solid lumps bouncing around, it really doesn't look right.
