Every battle is the same. You spend the first few turns just guessing until you find the right zone combo, then spend 90% of the fight bursting and unleash everything in one super combo, then its back to bursting. Also you are forced to use certain characters, and certain characters also just end up useless in other fights. Not even in a fair way where every is going to be useless at some point, just more in a "Fuck Ziggy, Chaos, and Shion" kind of way. And most of the time you have to have either Jr or Momo in your party since there is a zone only they can hit. Momo is also by far the strongest character in the game in 99% of fights so nothing to balance her zone exclusivity out. So the game just says "fuck you if you don't like those 2 characters."
