I always keep mine in the dock. I'm afraid im gonna kill the battery this way..

90% is pretty much charged. The last 10% takes the longest to complete and it isn't worth waiting for.

For a 4310 mAh battery (this is the metric that actually matters when charging, not the battery life you observe), that's not exactly a sluggish rate considering the charger supplies up to 2.6 amps.
