Literally spicy, as in her entire body contains capsaicin, and is approximately as spicy as a standard habanero pepper on the Scoville Scale. Her saliva, as well as any other erm, bodily fluids, is incredibly spicy. Her skin is less-so, though if you hold onto parts of her body for long enough (i.e. holding hands, massage, etc...) then rub your eyes after, your eyes might be a little irritated.
You can't magically gain immunity to it through any means, only the natural tolerance you may or may not already have for spicy foods, as well as using coping foods like milk or bread to lessen the spiciness.
