If your perf is degrading over time, it could mean your parts are getting too hot and the computer is throttling to prevent heat damage. See if you can check the temps while you're playing and compare them to the critical temps listed by the manufacturer for your CPU/GPU.

The thing is it doesnt feel particularly hotter >_>. I can run games like Sekiro, RE2, GTAV with way better performance. It might be difference in areas since if I warp to Firelink Shrine performance will take a hit.

I have a GTX 970m and 16GB ram. Not at my PC so I cant remember my CPU speed but i think its 2.7Hz. The game will only seem to use 2GB of ram though at any time.
