My brother worked retail for over 20 years, managing and HR, and then just said fuck it let's do what we love. And the people love our food. It's quite gratifying. --- I use Google... We frame, side the house, do interior trim, build the cabinets, lay most of the flooring. Contract out what we don't do ourselves. Do this with a few houses a year. I don't really have a thing I "want" to do for a living.
