"Pasteurized Process American Cheese" (the original American Cheese such as Kraft's Deli Deluxe American cheese) has far more actual cheese than Cheese Product but just not 100% because of some added ingredients to give it the texture and meltability that American Cheese is expected to have. --- Hmm... ...
