When Halo 3 came out I would invite the kids that rented a room in our house to play halo and they would always give me a free bag of chips as tribute. I really didn't care about the chips I had fun playing with them.

-getting an NES and SNES for Christmas
-playing Super Mario Bros for 10 hours straight on Christmas -playing Donkey Kong Country for the first time and seeing those graphics!! -going to the malls and watching people have Mortal Kombat 2 and Street Fighter 2 competitions every weekend -Playing Final Fantasy 8 and seeing the opening cinematic for the first time ...
