There is a plethora of singing shows for all variety and genre. If one cant make the cut on any of those why should they be allowed on shit like America's got talent and such.

I don't watch those shows but I agree it's stupid to put singing in it when you already have so many options for that available.

Uh what? Are you saying if someone tries out and fails they should be prohibited from trying out elsewhere? Or are you saying like it someone makes it to like the top 8 on The Voice and dont win, they shouldn't be allowed to go try to compete on another show?
