Bomberman 64 is one of my favorite N64 games and when Bomberman Hero came out I just bought it without renting it first thinking it would have a similar tone and mechanics. TBH the vast amount of changes bugged me. The graphics weren't as polished. Characters were bland. The music had a different style too. Bomberman 64 is one of my favorite N64 games and when Bomberman Hero came out I just bought it without renting it first thinking it would have a similar tone and mechanics. TBH the vast amount of changes bugged me. The graphics weren't as polished. Characters were bland. The music had a different style too.
