38 y/o Fur Freak, Jonathan Watkins from Kentucky, a Hunter was arrested for SKINNING 4 of his NEIGHBOR'S DOGS so he can make a DOGGY COAT!!

The Floyd County Trailer Trash was charged with torturing a dog and tampering with evidence

Police got a call regarding animal cruelty and when police arrived, a neighbor said Watkins came to his home and asked for a cigarette and was covered in blood

Watkins had tol him "i've been skinning dogs"

He didn't believe him at first since he has a history of mental issues but when he later saw that looked like animal skins and dog carcasses on his front porch railing, an arrest was made

The neighbor was missing 2 dogs and thought another neighbor was missing 2 dogs

A state trooper found a large hunting knife and blood on his clothing and when asked what he was doing, Watkins said "I'm making myself a doggy coat"

Watkins said he stabbed the dogs but admitted a couple were still alive when he SKINNED them ALIVE before throwing their bodies over a hill

He told them "There isn't anything wrong with making myself a fur coat. It's not illegal to wear fur. It's cold and i need keep myself warm."

He is held in Jail withoutbond and will undergo a psych examination to determine if he's a loony toon.

True story relevant to the thread:

When I was a kid, my mom dated a psycho drug dealer that loved hunting fishing, and had lots of hunting dogs in our backyard. Something like 11 or 12 of them. As a little kid, I just saw them as pets and I loved all of them. On a hunting trip, however, he decided that three of his dogs were "disloyal" and no longer fit for hunting.

A few days later, my grandpa came over and the two of them were making stink bait in the back yard (this is a kind of super smelly fish bait that's good at attracting catfish). Henry (my mom's boyfriend) had a giant ice chest full of meat that he was using the make the bait, and he offered some to my grandpa. My grandpa was a hunter his entire life and also a WWII vet, so he could identify most kinds of meat just from seeing/touching/smelling it.

He didn't recognize this meat though, and he asked Henry what it was and how he had so much of it. Henry said it was the three dogs that had failed him on his last hunt. He killed them, skinned them, and put them through an old fashioned meat grinder.

i'm not vegan when it comes to food but i am when it comes to clothes. if that makes any sense. got me a nice vegan leather wallet and watch. and only cotton suits no more sheep suits.

Didn't Trump make a law that made this a federal crime? Hopefully he goes away for a long time.

if a dog isn't performing to liking at the very least give it to the animal shelter or even another family who will care for it.

With some of the shelters out there it may have ended up being worse for the dog but either way turning them into bait is sick af
