I like charcoal soap and black soap. Aloe Vera is good for healing the skin too.

Honestly it's all hormone based. There is something in your diet that is causing a hormonal imbalance. Limit your sugar intake or just plain get rid of it. Sugar is usually the biggest culprit that leads to hormonal imbalance.

I always used rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball, worked well enough for me. That stuff will dry out your skin if you use more than once a day however.
