well it turns out the song isnt in Japanese, its actually in high-pitched English. Wtf!

Huh. I had heard that leek song from "leekspin" or whatever but I didn't know it was a Hatsune Miku song lol

Well, it was originally a Finnish song. The original video that popularized it was a vocaloid version which was played along the leekspin gif, like with Caramelldansen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AS6Xz9fhDUk
The original video got deleted and the current leekspin video that uses the original finnish version was meant to be in addition to the vocaloid version.
