Before, it was like a Super Saiyan only came around once every thousand years. In fact, that was a quote from Vegeta. Then Goku did it, and like a month later so did everyone else.

At least Goku, Vegeta, Future Trunks, and Gohan and even Cabba had to git mad.

Goten and present Trunks cheapened it and then the female U6 Saiyans made it midichlorian levels of stupid.

DBZ fighting is like math/science. Once somebody cracks a new formula, everybody else in the field quickly adjusts to the new knowledge and begins working from that point.

Super Saiyan is like E=MC^2, or penicillin.

Cabba unlocked it with rage (thanks to the coaxing of Vegeta), and he described the feeling of it as being a concentration of tingling energies on his back. Caulifla was able to jump right to the activation step by using that knowledge. Super Saiyan is something that is unlocked by accident for some, but those people can then more easily teach it to others.

Hell, Goten and Trunks became super saiyans on their own at like 8 years old with no real training.

A formula that works in tangent with the sorting algorithm of power scaling.

Cabba is sort of like the Gohan of Universe 6. Basically, the Saiyan version of a nerd. Cabba took Vegeta and Goku's route of becoming a super saiyan, but when he achieved it, he focused more on how it felt and how it could be reactivated as opposed to what he was doing when his body activated it by instinct.

It's not entirely different from Gohan teaching Videl (a girl who had no idea what ki/energy even was) how to fly in a matter of days. All it takes is the right approach and the right person to explain it.
