Pinky-shift. I mostly use my phone though so I double-tap the caps button. But yeah I mostly avoid using caps because there are ways around it usually.

Situational. Like, if it's just one word/acronym I'd hold down shift. If it's multiple words, though, caps.

I turn on Caps Lock because it's faster. I make sure to turn it off once I'm done.

I'd say caps lock for anything more than one word, if I had to give an approximate threshold. On my phone, for anything more than one letter.

I never really used Caps Lock. I primarily use the Left Shift key to capitalize letters. I don't think I ever used Right Shift.

If I need to type a long string of lower-case letters, I enable capslocks then hold down shift to type out the characters
