Im not Jewish, but as I understand it Hannukah is still steeped in cultural history that isnt widely applicable to people who arent Jewish. Valentines Day works fine with existing love songs. Halloween has no values other than eating candy and spooky stuff. Theres quite a few Halloween songs like Monster Mash but theres not too much you can do with it.
