Second, when I was 10 I came up with a super hero type guy that would get shrunk and put into peoples bodies to fight viruses and such. Now to make it appealing I imagined the viruses would look like monsters or something. And the protagonist would have a kick ass suit with an ability to have extra armor and maybe even a vehicle when the situation called for it.
