Barring disability, everyone is born with the same "base" that consists of primal, biological reactions and that is something that must be attended to, reaffirmed, utilized, and constantly improving for it to really mean something to the point where we usually start calling it "intelligence" and that depends 100% on environment and resources. --- I'm in Chicago, I'm shaking my head. <cite>Flockaveli posted [p:931942227] in Do you thi...
