you'd appreciate it more havening played the previous entries, but it's written in a way to accommodate new players, and it provides any necessary backstory.

I have game pass ultimate so I can get console+PC game pass and a gold subscription, so I plan on having it for a long ass time

The Witcher 3 has sold as many copies as the first 2 games combined. There are many people that have enjoyed the game without knowing anything about the series.

You should play it tc, especially if you have any interest in gritty fantasy. One of the better written stories of our time.
