Its meh. Movie flies around at a million miles an hour. Never a moment to pause and reflect on the events of the film, which I guess is whatever since you can probably poke some holes in it if you do

For me, I think the movie was decent enough. I really wouldn't call it great, and tbh my standards for movie aren't super high, but I think they did what they could to put together a reasonable ending with what they had.

To be clear, I actually like TLJ overall outside of all the Canto Bight stuff. But as soon as I walked out of the theaters I knew there would have to be a mad dash of plot to finish off the trilogy. I think the TLJ is a good story on its own, but I don't think it works very well as a bridge movie in a trilogy.

Pretty much how I feel, though I havent actually seen TROS yet, I just know what happens.

Uh, speak for your self. Ive been boycotting Disney since The Last Jedi. Now that the YouTubers I trust have confirmed the movie is trash, I honestly dont care if I ever see it.

What are the chances that C3PO bringing up the bones was a reference to Auralnauts "sand and bones"? Probably very low, but it's what I thought of in that moment.

I thought it was really bad. You could tell they just wanted to make the safest movie possible to avoid fanboy rage, even if the plot made 0 sense.

Plot leaks can make good movies sound worse than they are. The initial leaks from endgame sounded awful, but with its good presentation and pacing, it turned out to be one of the best movies in existence.

I agree. When I heard some leaks before the movie, I thought it was destined to be a total disaster. And while I didn't necessarily agree with some of it, it wasn't as bad as on screen as it was on paper.

Good, ig. It just doesn't feel like a FINISH. Then again, the third movie was never my favorite of any trilogy lol.

I hope they stick to series and side stories from here on out. Clone Wars and Rebels were great. The Mandalorian is setting up for great things.

It's bad, but bad in the same way that Dragonball Super was bad, or the end of GoT is bad.

Plenty of fans will ignore how bad it is as long as the right things are included.
