I always play like eight games at once and never beat any of them.

Why did I just buy the FFX/X-2 remaster on my PS4? I'm already playing FFXII and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 on my Switch and Ni No Kuni 2 and FFXV on my PS4.

I'm about to start a new FFX game.

I play a bunch at once, as well... Though, I usually still try to beat them. When I was younger, I use to play a bunch at once and not beat them, though...

That's why I can't buy more than one at a time; I know I'll get tempted by other options, then never fully invested, then distracted and finally start playing the other games

I try so hard not to do that lol. I do my best to at least go back and forth between console and handheld. Like right now Im playing Arkham Origins (tis the season!) on 360 and Majoras Mask on 3DS. And some rounds of Battlefront II on PS4 here and there.

It's happening to all of us, I have finished very few games in the last year (not even sure if I have finished any to be honest). WE all have video game ADD at this point:(

I was just thinking about how kids today could literally start with Atari/Activision games and slowly progress up the years through all the games, but honestly that isn't needed because there are so many freaking games released in the last 5-10 years they would never get through them all, and the ones coming out while they were trying as well.

I used to do the same thing but lately Ive forcing myself to focus on one game. The hardest part is finishing up the chieves. It gets tedious. I started RDR when it came out in 2010 and sold it right away because I hated it for some reason. Ive been playing that again for the better part of a month now just to finish it up. The MP chieves are killing me.

Same here, boo. I started Doom and that Titanic game at the same time. Still have to finish my Arkham series re-playthrough. And Spider-Man and Horizon Zero Dawn for the first time.

I play multiple games at once too and my problem is that I like long meaty RPGs so stacking those on top of each other is overwhelming. Your lineup of games seems like a nightmare to balance haha

it makes sense. being introduced to new systems is interesting. mastering those systems once you understand them can be fun too, but it's not as interesting as figuring them out for the first time.

the next stage after that is worse though. being introduced to new systems stops being interesting, since they're all really derivatives of each other. then it takes something truly unique to keep your interest even for a short time.
