They were informed that they would be responsible for the full cost, and that we wouldn't be able to refund more than 10 tickets for no-shows. Funny enough, businesses had no problem with the terms, but that random people coming in to ask would just leave. --- The ball is round, the game lasts 90 minutes. That's fact.
