Got fucked up by Obi-Wan. When I saw the original Star Wars, I thought he became part machine from a lifetime of battles. He got that way in one day, after one fight. Obi-Wan is the bomb.

Old Ben? that crazy guy living in the desert?
wtf dis Kenobi do for all that time. sure hes watching Luke but theres like 18 more hours. did he find a jedi temple in Tatooine? did he walk around scaring Tusken Raiders away that got close to the farm Luke was in?

Obi-wan was way, WAAAAY too strong in the Prequel Trilogy. It defeats any sense of tension when you know Obi-wan is just going to casually, calmly defeat an army of droids and General Grievous single-handedly. Like, Lucas somehow thought that for people to still think Jedi were cool, they needed to do lots of flips, spins, and kill thirty enemies in every scene. Obi-wan, being the main character, was basically the most egregious of this.
