think I was in some alternate universe version of me.

It was, so weird. And it felt so vivid. I blame the SSRI for that. There were things in there I could not have even imagined. I don't feel like I've even rested, still tired af. Maybe I actually got connected to some alternate universe.

I know what you mean. Some things I can remember, and I'm like, oh, that's because I watched or played whatever, lol

But some shit is just absolutely bizarre, and it's not even always me.

Dreams are totally weird and can forge memories whose believability vanish as soon as the dream ends. I for example, once dreamt I was on a second visit to Iceland and was overjoyed to find a small specialty shop there still in business after so many years since my last time there.

I've never been to Iceland.

I know dreams can be weird as hell, I've had super crazy dreams before. But this was on an another level. Tho I know SSRI has a common side effect of abnormal dreams, still this was crazy.

Alterate universe version is hardly what I'd call weird for a dream. I actually welcome it to some degree, because as strange it sounds, it's fun to be something different for a while. Animal dreams tend to be the most thrilling.

No you don't understand. I've had dreams of alternate universes. But this wasn't like that, I wasn't dreaming of an alternate universe. When I woke up I feel that I wasn't dreaming really, it was like I had a connection to an alternate universe or something. But really, it's most likely the SSRI messing things up as I've said.

Ahh, Melatonin can do that for me.
It's basically like tripping sometimes.

Though even on a normal day, I do sorta think dream sleep is our second life. I really mean that.

Must've been a super awesome alterate universe if it was tempting you to return there. Oohhh, you had a taste of something wonderful that you might never taste again. Depressing, isn't it? Anyhow, you saw things that were different from our universe, but none of those things were you? So, it wasn't you who was different, but only the world? Alternate universes, and alternate universe of you, are separate, though not mutually exclusive. You can be just as like you're now, but the world you find yourself in is different. Or you're changed, but everything else remains as is.
