Binged the whole thing today.

Probably my favorite season so far. I thought two was a step down from one, but three was fantastic from start to finish.

Loved the new characters, loved Murray's involvement, felt sad as fuck when Alexei died (probably the most heartbreaking death in the series) and I'm pretty sure Hopper survived and is "the American" referred to in the credits scene.

I was also very happy when those douchebags from the town paper got killed.

Oh, and Billy's last minute redemption was nice.

And fuck that Russian Terminator.

Thought 2 and 3 are too campy and lack the suspense and horror of the first 1

I've heard a lot of people say that, but I wonder what the explanation for the demogorgon not killing him at the end of season one could be.

I remember next to nothing about that season. Show has been on a steady decline since the beginning.

Yeah it seemed pretty clear that he was killed by it

Though they didn't show it in detail like every other gruesome death in the series

They've already done a fakeout death before so I'm nervous they won't do it again
