Service in my area has been so bad that i can't even hold a 5 minute conversation without the call dropping. I've been patient enough so I finally went to a nearby sprint store and asked about it. The lady told me they know about the problem and are working on it.

My plan is unlimited everything so I asked if I'm going to get a discount on my bill since I'm paying for shit I can't use and the lady got all defensive with me as if what I was asking for was so egregious.

This is the third time in the last few months that mobile data has gone down in my area.

I had something like that and got credit to my account for virgin Mobile after having no internet for 4 days following the tower being heavily damaged in a wind storm.

Yea I was thinking credit might be applied. I occasionally get credit applied to any number of bills/subscriptions/whatever for random things
