I was hoping for some kind of Nintendo news, but nope. No new smash bros character, no breath of the wild 2 info, no metroid, no anything.

Why did they tell us to watch that awful show if they weren't going to make it up to us? Are they just sadists who get off on making us suffer? It was the worst 3 hours of my life

Because Reggie, once again, is the only thing that brings any class to The Game Awards.

For all of the dick riding Keighly does for Kojima who honestly looked embarrassed as fuck to be there, he should be thanking Reggie every fucking day for showing up.

Reggie is a great speaker. Definitely a great highlight, about the only time a speech made this feel like it was "The Academy Awards of gaming"

As a whole, it was an awful show, but if you expected more, then that is on you. I always say expect nothing from it, I guess it was pretty cool that Microsoft was willing to unveil the name and console/controller design at TGA, maybe that should have been the finale.
