It's an upscaled port of the PS1 version with everything on 1 disc.

The Dreamcast version is the one people prefer, but it costs like twice as much and I don't have a Dreamcast.

Looks like around $60 for a working DC and $80 for the game

Meh. The DC's best games (for me) are all on other consoles.
