I hope they did not get lazy and out source most of the game, people were talking about Capcom giving the game to some other company and that would not be good if true.

RE 3 is a very popular game and it would suck if they got lazy making this one.

The reveal was pretty damn clever. They revealed Project REsistance back at E3 I think and made everyone think it was some new standalone multiplayer game. Turns out it's just the multiplayer portion of RE3.

Looks great. Can't wait to play this.

edit nvm, i just watched it again and they did show a split second of over the shoulder shooting, looks good!

but the end of the trailer goes back into FPS mode, its weird i wonder if we will have the option for both

Ehh not really. Just some rooms in the R.P.D. and some items like ammo and herbs. Youre only in the R.P.D. for 15-20 minutes in the original.

Well, I shouldn't say that anyway. The way RE does environments you can't reuse assets unless you also want to reuse that exact camera angle since everything is just a static (or at most a canned animated background) image.

Actually, they did reuse some enemies as well, the dogs, spiders and crows were 100% recycled. But they werent used too much.
