There would be more lightsaber battles in each movie then the rest of the franchise combined. But no, Disney threw that in the trash with the lame excuse of "not everyone read the books so they don't know what happened in between." So instead they put out their own bullshit where absolutely no one had any idea about what happened in between. Great logic there. Just admit it was greed because you wanted more money from putting out new books you disingenuous fucks.
