Like, you can pull off sport coat and t-shirt if the coat fits. And maybe wear jeans with it. Then you're "casual cool". Imagine if your manager always showed up to work in pajamas. It would lower morale. Especially when you are someone that's constantly going to be shown in front of hundreds of people.
