It's about Luke Cage working for the Catholic church, investigating claims of possession. He's got the science guy that works for him and doesnt believe in anything supernatural. Then the main girl is this psychologist who typically worked as an expert witness in murder cases when the defense was trying to claim insanity.

Well, insanity looks a lot like possession, so Luke Cage recruits her to join them.

There are parts of the show that get really intense and scary. There are parts that are this deep discussion of life and death and what God does for us.

It does a great job of straddling the line between religion and science and keeping you guessing. Like it's so sure that the guy is possessed or there was a miracle, then they put the clues together and figure it out scientifically. But then there's always these unanswered questions like how did that one thing happen?

I really recommend it. 4 episodes in and it keeps getting better and better.
