After taxes and bills, I make like 5,000 expendable dollars every month.

I live in California so to save for a house, it will take years and I'm fucking lazy and don't want hire a realtor and all that dogshit.

What do I do? I'm a complete manchild and I need advice.

I have some savings, but no credit because I wanted to go my entire life without using a credit card.

You're not going to be able to buy a house without credit unless you can come up with a few million in cash.

I have to stay here for a while because I got hired half a year ago.

I'm in software engineering and everyone told me I have to work at least two years for every job otherwise I look bad.

I don't live in San Francisco, you're exaggerating a little bit.

I could buy a house around where I work for half a million, but to get half a million, I'll have to find a second source of income besides my main job.
