You hear this call throughout the movie and obviously it starts melding into the music, as with this song. At first I was thinking Come What May from Moulin Rouge, but it's not that. It is similar sounding to that, but there's some song that has these exact notes. It might even be like a classic rock song that I'm thinking of and it's a guitar riff that does it.
