It's a Gear S3 with mobile network capability
Pretty much since I upgraded my phone it dies or needs charging daily. Like I took it off the charger this morning at 53% and not even 7 hours later it's down to 5%. Its getting on in age (2 1/2 years) but it's not like I'm using it solo. It's been connected to my phone via Bluetooth and it auto decons the mobile network when connected to my phone but I've only ever seen it drain this fast when I'm on vacation to my hometown where signal is spotty. --- The name is wackyteen* for a reason. I used to have a Gear S3 Frontier until I traded it for a Galaxy Watch Active2 LTE. My former S3 was a bluetooth model.
The battery on it was great and I could get 4 days easily on it without trying. At 2.5 years, your S3 just might need a battery change to breathe more life into it. LTE will always be a battery killer on any smartwatch. That certainly is the case for my GWA2 but if I disable it, I can get like 3 days out of it. --- When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps. - Confucius ...
