I cannot say I've observed the same, but that is certainly odd behavior the part of the user in question. I try to remain open to views at odds with my own though, both as a litmus test mechanism, as well as to identify potential nuances I might otherwise be blind to, and so thoughtful posters of any kind help tremendously with this, particularly when I'm not actively reading material from a different perspective. I have noticed that of the blocks I've observed, they've come virtually exclusively from those on the left - though the resident tankies are a surprising exception to this, even if they're preachy and dogmatic as hell or abuse fallacies.
