Specifically, people who are into feet, but only clean feet. What's the allure?

Like, as a fellow person of culture, I get it if they're like dirty or stinky, because it's taboo and naughty, etc...

But when they're clean and pristine? What exactly draws you to them? Feet are pretty weird looking, aesthetically, so what's the attraction there? Is it just a primal, innate thing that you can't explain? Or is it that you like it to be a little taboo, but not TOO weird?

Clean feet are just one piece of the larger picture. A hot girl who is wearing a dress and showing off her sexy legs capped off with some fancy shoes can really do it for me. This one chick at a wedding I was at this year had these amazing shoes on and I kept looking at her feet thinking they looked so hot.
