Then in the middle of the night the woman calls her friend saying she can't breathe, then dies while still on the phone.

Yep, I remember that one. Cough medicine was green colored (maybe Nyquil, or something). I remember what the drug is too (I'm a pharmacist anyway), but I'm not sure I'm allowed to say it here for TOS reasons.

Yeah it's kind of annoying, I have a Fire Stick (Amazon's streaming device) and they show like three or sometimes four versions of each episode on all the different streaming services. Makes it more complicated than necessary to find the episode to watch.

jfc these two young adults got killed on a romantic getaway and the killer raped the girlfriend. And then he sent greeting cards to their parents' houses over multiple holidays describing the killings.
